SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all over Egypt.

Cairo orders usually take from 2-3 business days.

Alex orders usually take from 2-4 business days.

All the other governorates usually take from a week to ten business days depending on where.

We also deliver to Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Turkey, USA, and Canada. Delivery will be within a week.

However, we will only accept payments in US dollars.

Also, you will have to transfer the money to our bank account before we ship your order.

We will only accept international orders through our instagram, kindly send contact us to order there.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

You receive your order from the courier and pay him, then after he leaves, you can try it on and if you notice something wrong with the size or you don't want it, kindly contact us on our Instagram and inform us with your issue and whether you want an exchange or refund and we'll send you it with another courier. HOWEVER, you can only return/exchange it within 14 days after you received it.
